4 Hairstyles for Lazy Naturals

As simple as we might wish it could be to wake up and just do a wash and go, it’s not as easy for those with kinky hair. I am a proud lazy natural and honestly for someone who wakes up early and has a long commute to work the last thing I want to do is spend 30 minutes in front of the mirror to do my hair. Here are some styles that you can either roll out of bed with and go or takes 5 minutes or less to style.

Buns are a simple style that can be done in so many ways. This is an easy fix for a failed twist out or a bad hair day altogether.

By far my favorite lazy style when I really don’t have the patience to do my hair but still want to look cute. Curly wigs are ideal as you can hide those two strand twists or braids you put in the night before and you won’t notice any odd bumps or bulges.

You can put your hair into a fro itself or if you want a bigger one you can just get a drawstring afro ponytail and secure it. I normally take a cut off the leg of a stocking and tie it and slowly tighten it until I get my desired puff.

Halo Braid… or Twist

This is a complete life saver as this is something you can leave in for a few days if you want. One of the best things about halo twists is if you haven’t perfected the art of cornrows you can do a simple flat twist.

With these styles you can switch it up and not have to spend too long just to get ready.  What are your go to styles when you feel a bit lazy?
